Toyota ISIS Vehicles have gone through a slight decrease in their retail price recently. This model has gone through an overall fall in its selling price.
The selling price for Toyota ISIS cars has fallen during the last 6 months we have analyzed. The average price in February was of KSh 1,182,213. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at KSh 1,142,000 during March. The following two months (April, May) the selling price went through a devaluation of -9 percent in the average selling price compared to the previous two months analyzed. In the last two, the price has gone through a -7 % devaluation compared to the previous average values going down from KSh 1,109,231.5 to KSh 1,030,873 during June and July.
The average price for Toyota ISIS has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2006 and 2010, the average price is KSh 656,180.19. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2006 (KSh 571,250) moving up till (KSh 722,901)in 2010. During the next two years (2011, 2012) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 51 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 9 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (KSh 1,085,207) and the the last two years that were studied (2013, 2014) with a price of KSh 1,178,000.

They are 31 % more affordable than the average price (KSh 1,080,188). Next with a price of KSh 1,016,279 and a mileage range of "less than 10,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most affordable cars is "50,000 - 100,000". It is 3% less expensive than the average market value followed by those cars with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" priced at KSh 1,038,571.
