Bmw X5 Vehicles have gone through a slight rise in their retail price recently. The prices for this particular model have risen.
The retail prices for Bmw X5 cars have increased during the last 6 months. The average price in April was of KSh 3,354,182. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at KSh 3,502,353 during May. During the following two months (June, July) the average selling price rose somewhat going from KSh 3,428,267.5 to KSh 3,759,486.5. The average price has risen 14 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (KSh 4,085,888) during August and September.
The average price for Bmw X5 has had a strong rise in recent years. Between 2005 and 2014, the average price is KSh 2,864,342.75. There was a significant inflation of the average price in 2005 (KSh 1,256,333) moving up till (KSh 6,240,500)in 2014. During the next two years (2015, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 74 %. During the last two years, prices in the car industry have gone up 10 % compared to the average values for the previous 4 years. This conclusion was reached from studying the prices for the the preceding four years in previous sample (KSh 5,556,808) and the the last two years that were studied (2017, 2018) with a price of KSh 6,119,000.

They are 56 % more affordable than the average price (KSh 4,444,913). Next with a price of KSh 3,078,950 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "10,000 - 25,000". It is 15% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "25,000 - 50,000" and a price of KSh 4,390,875.

It is 82 % less expensive than the average market price (KSh 4,444,913) followed by "Diesel" priced at KSh 2,257,790. On average the cheapest type of fuel is "Diesel". It´s price is 49 % more affordable than the average market value followed by "Petrol" with a price of KSh 785,449.
