Land Rover Vehicles have experienced a considerable decrease in their selling price recently. This model has gone through a strong reduction in its selling price.
The selling price for Land Rover cars has had a strong depreciation during the last 6 months we have studied. The average price in September was of KSh 3,150,000. This price hardly went through any changes and remained at KSh 3,150,000 during October. The following two months the selling price went through a strong reduction of -61 % compared to the previous two months studied. The average price has risen 13 % during the last two months. This result was obtained based on the price for the first four months (PRECIO1!) and the price (KSh 2,477,707) during January and February.
The average price for Land Rover has had a strong rise in recent years. Between "before 2000" and 2013, the average price is KSh 1,854,081.62. There was a significant inflation of the average price in "before 2000" (KSh 300,000) moving up till (KSh 678,571)in 2013. During the next two years (2014, 2016) the price for the aforementioned model has gone up strongly a 236 %. During the last two years the price has remained constant with regard to the previous 4 years, going from an average price of KSh 6,318,222 in 2017 and KSh 6,414,777.5 during 2021.
The graph that displays the price for Land Rover cars according to their mileage shows that those cars within a mileage range of "100,000 - 200,000" are the ones with the lowest price. They are 62 % more affordable than the average price (KSh 2,782,259). Next with a price of KSh 1,924,020 and a mileage range of "50,000 - 100,000" we would see the following vehicles. The mileage range for the most expensive cars is "less than 10,000". It is 30% more costly than the average market value followed by those vehicles with a mileage of "50,000 - 100,000" and a price of KSh 1,924,020.
The graph showing the average price for the fuel type for Land Rover cars points out to "Diesel" as being the cheapest fuel type. It is 36 % less expensive than the average market price (KSh 2,782,259) followed by "Petrol" priced at KSh 3,605,646. On average the most expensive type of fuel is "Petrol". It´s price is 30 % higher than the average market price followed by "Diesel" which costs KSh 1,785,227.
